What is Beyond the Pass?

Beyond the Pass is an intensive eight-week programme created to address mid-level skills shortages within London's hospitality sector.

Designed explicitly for chef de parties and culinary supervisors, this hybrid training blends online learning with in-person sessions, ensuring practical leadership skills are embedded directly into day-to-day operations.

  • Duration: Eight weeks, 72-hour guided learning curriculum.
  • Employer partners: Clermont Hotel Group, The Goring, Soho House, Green & Fortune, Strand Palace Hotel, The Felix Project.
  • Hybrid training: Online modules combined with face-to-face workshops.
  • On-the-job application: Skills applied in real-time within your workplace.
