Free Digital Skills and Business Administration course – Tooting

This course provides essential digital and administrative skills, covering topics like word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software, digital security, customer services and much more.

By the end, you will earn a Level 1 certificate in Digital Skills and Level 2 Certificate in Understanding Data Security or Business Administration.

Eligibility requirements

To attend this course, you must be 19 years old or older, legally allowed to live and work in the UK and have lived in the UK or EU for the last three years.

You will need some experience of using digital technology and email before you start this course.

Access to a connected device (laptop, tablet, or smartphone) is required to complete the course.

You must also pass an English assessment before starting to ensure the course meets your needs.
