Help to Grow: Management Course

The Help to Grow: Management Course is a UK government initiative designed to help small and medium-sized businesses grow by improving their leadership and management skills.

This 12-week course (90% government-funded) provides leaders with the tools and knowledge to enhance their business's productivity, resilience and capacity to innovate.

Eligibility requirements

You must:

Be a small or medium-sized enterprise (SME) based in the United Kingdom.
Employ between five and 249 people.
Have been operational for at least one year.
Not be a charity.
