Hi, I’m Julie Clabby — a business growth consultant, and founder of Familia Franchise Consultancy, where I help brands get franchise ready and grow. I’m passionate about supporting small business owners, to gain clarity, confidence and sustainable growth. With over 20 years’ experience in business development and entrepreneurship, I understand the challenges of building and scaling a successful venture. I founded The Busylizzy Club, growing it from a single branch into a nationally recognised franchise with over 50 locations, supporting more than 55,000 families across the UK. Through Julie Clabby Consulting and Familia, I work with clients to navigate the complexities of launching, scaling and, when the time is right, franchising their businesses. I provide tailored mentoring, strategic planning and accountability, helping entrepreneurs focus on the right priorities, make confident decisions and build businesses that truly work for them. I mentor and consult as my way of giving back. Having spent years running and supporting a franchise network of business owners – many taking their first steps into entrepreneurship – I know how daunting it can feel.
