Started own accountancy practice in 1998 and won IFA Accountancy Practice of the year in 2009.Ambassador for IFA in Scotland and Fellow of IFA and IPA Australia. Have held numerous non -executive director positions including Scottish Chamber of Commerce. Former president of West Lothian Chamber of Commerce and Chartered Institute of Bankers in Edinburgh. Former moderator for Financial Services at the Scottish Qualifications Authority Former Chief Examiner for Management & Business Accounting at The Chartered Institute of Bankers in Scotland
